Responsibilities
- Engage customers and drive sales through friendly, knowledgeable service
- Assist customers with product selection and fireworks safety information
- Operate a cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Stock, organize, and merchandise products to maximize sales
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized tent environment
- Work with helpers to manage inventory and support promotions
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older and able to pass a background check
- Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset
- Comfortable using a tablet-based POS system
- Reliable transportation and a personal cell phone
- Access to a computer, tablet, or laptop for training
- You or a helper must provide 24-hour security during the selling period
- Helper available on opening day, July 3rd, and July 4th
- Access to a vehicle to return unsold inventory on July 7th
